Place – Houses Kamieniec

1. Booking

The condition for making a reservation is to provide the necessary data and pay for it through the payment forms available in the form.

2. Extra services and costs

In Kamieniec Houses we accept the presence of animals (cats and dogs) for an additional fee of PLN 30 per day. We ask for such information when making a booking and respecting the rules of animal residence.

There is an outdoor sauna on the property, available to guests at all times, with advanced notice to the Host to switch it on. There is no additional charge for use.

Rules and regulations for the use of the sauna:

1. Use of the sauna is possible every day at the hours of your choice, after prior reservation with the Host, made by text message or phone. Guests then turn on the sauna heating about 30 minutes before using it.
2. Time of availability for Guests is subject to change for organizational reasons.
3. Before entering the sauna, it is necessary to read the Rules and Regulations of the sauna and strictly follow both them and the instructions of the Host of the object.
4. Use of the sauna is equivalent to acceptance of these Regulations.
5. The sauna should be used in a cotton costume and/or towels intended for this purpose provided to Guests reserving the sauna. Staying in the sauna in costume other than cotton may result in its destruction.
6. Before entering the sauna, you should wash your body, wipe yourself dry and change your shoes to swimming shoes (leave them before entering).
7. Use your own towel in the dry sauna to avoid direct body contact with the wooden surface.
8. It is not allowed to use the sauna wearing earrings, jewelry, chains, watches, glasses and contact lenses.
9. The sauna can accommodate a maximum of 6 people at the same time. Do not oil your body or face with any creams while in the sauna.
10. Using the dry sauna is PROHIBITED for persons: suffering from any skin ailments and other diseases according to the doctor’s contraindications (cold, flu, fever, ringworm, skin diseases, acute phase of rosacea, hypertension, varicose veins, ulcers, kidney failure, lung diseases, asthma, venereal diseases, epilepsy, glaucoma, daltonism, heart diseases, acute and chronic diseases, thyroid, tumors, tumors, infectious outbreaks such as. toothache) and pregnant women,
    persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, persons under the age of 18 without a caretaker.
11. It is forbidden to pour water or any chemical on the stove.
12. The acceptable – for safety reasons – temperature for the body in the dry sauna is 80°C.
13. Entering the sauna twice for about 15 minutes is a enough treatment for the body. Staying longer is dangerous to your health.
14. Be sure to cool down after each time you leave the sauna. During the break and after the sauna, it is recommended to rest and refill the level of liquids in the body.
15. If you have any doubts about your health condition allowing you to use the sauna, consult your doctor.
16. The sauna may be used only by people whose ailments do not constitute contraindications to its use. The Host – Kamieniec Houses is not responsible for the health consequences of staying in the sauna.
17. For any damage, users take full responsibility, including financial.
18. Persons violating public order or the Rules and Regulations of the sauna, as well as failing to comply̨ with the recommendations of the Host, will bę removed without refunding the cost of admission.
19. The Owner of Houses Kamieniec is not responsible for injuries and accidents resulting from violations of the Rules and Regulations, and is not responsible for items left behind.

3. Check-in

1. Check-in begins at 15:00.
2. Check-in takes place independently 24 hours a day. Guests receive a dedicated code for the gate and the house.
3. The property accepts the presence of pets. Please inform about the planned staying of pets during the reservation process or shortly after.
4. We provide parking for our guests.

4. Residence

1. Due to the family nature of Kamieniec Houses, we do not accept groups for bachelor and bachelorette parties or special celebrations.
2. If you decide to interrupt your stay earlier, you are not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a reduction in the price of the service for the unused period.
3. Guests are obliged to respect rules and regulations on the area and to use them as intended (plants, equipment).
4. Guests are required to strictly comply with fire regulations and rules.
5. Guests are requested not to walk around the house in shoes, especially in high heels.
6. Guests of Kamieniec House are financially responsible for any damage, loss or destruction of items of equipment and technical devices caused by him or his visitors. Guests should notify the hosts of the occurrence of damage immediately after its discovery.
7. Guests are responsible for damage caused by children under their care.
8. The hosts of Kamieniec House are not responsible for any temporary inconvenience caused by independent suppliers, e.g. temporary lack of electricity, Internet, television.
9. We provide high-speed access to the Internet through a WI-FI network. Access data are available in the houses.
10. Smoking is prohibited in the object, except in places dedicated for this purpose (outside). Breaking the rule will result in a contractual penalty of 1000,- PLN.
11. Use of open flame is prohibited in the object, except for the use of a fireplace.
12. In the object is prohibited to use additional sources of electric, gas and other heat.
13. When planning your stay, please keep in mind the quiet nature of the object. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
14. Pets are allowed on the object only under the full supervision of the Owners. Dogs must be walked outside the object and cleaned up after them. You should have your own pet bed with you. It is unacceptable for pets to climb on beds or sofas.
15. When using air conditioning, keep all windows and doors closed. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on while you are away from the apartment.

5. Check-out

1. The hotel day ends at 11:00 a.m. Access codes stop active then.
2. Check-out is done independently 24 hours a day.
3. In some cases, by individual arrangement, it is possible to extend the day for a fee of PLN 100 for each hour started.
4. The apartment should be returned tidy, in standard cleaning condition:

• Dirty dishes put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher running,
• Garbage taken to the trash can possibly put in bags outside the door,
• All windows closed.
• All lights turned off
• Keys, gate remote control left on the table
• Please make sure the front door is locked.

6. Booking cancellation and complaints

1. 1.    Confirmation of the reservation is contingent upon payment of a deposit in the amount specified in the reservation confirmation. The remaining balance for the stay is payable in accordance with the terms specified in the reservation confirmation.
       2.    The amount paid constitutes a deposit within the meaning of Article 394 of the Civil Code, subject to the rules set forth below.
   3.    If the Guest cancels the stay for reasons attributable to the Guest, the deposit paid is non-refundable, unless the Property agrees to reschedule the stay or refund all or part of the deposit.
    
   Cancellation of a Reservation by the Property
    
       4. The Property may cancel a confirmed reservation only for valid reasons that prevent or significantly impede the performance of the service in accordance with the contract, in particular in the event of:
       ●    a breakdown or damage to the cottage or its systems that prevents the safe use of the property,
       ●    unforeseeable events that the Property could neither foresee nor prevent,
   ●    force majeure,
       ●    a threat to the health or safety of Guests,
       ●    a decision by the competent authorities preventing the facility from being made available,
       ●    other exceptional circumstances beyond the facility’s control that prevent the proper fulfillment of the stay.
   5.    In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Facility will immediately inform the Guest of the situation.
       6.    If the reservation is canceled for reasons for which the Facility is not responsible, the deposit paid will be refunded to the Guest in full.

   7. If a reservation is canceled for reasons attributable to the Property, the rules regarding the deposit set forth in Article 394 of the Civil Code shall apply.

   8. The Property may, with the Guest’s consent, offer the following alternatives to a refund of the deposit:

   ● a change in the dates of the stay,

   ● a stay at another property of comparable or higher standard,

   ● another individually agreed-upon solution.

   Acceptance of an alternative solution requires the Guest’s consent.

   Refunds for canceled reservations are issued via the same method used for payment, or, at the Guest’s request, to the bank account specified by the person making the reservation within 2 business days of the account being provided.
   You have the right to file a complaint—complaints must be submitted on the day of arrival or during your stay so that the property can respond immediately. Complaints should be reported by phone or email. Complaints are addressed immediately whenever possible; in extreme cases, within 14 days.
